Enhancing institutional capacities for effective project development,
monitoring and management requires both applied skills to produce realistic project
development and evaluation plans, and a dynamic professional team open to building
effective partnerships, learning from experience and identifying complementarities.
SDP Ltd. has the capacity to provide its clients with critical support in team
building for the effective implementation of social development programs and
projects. It can assist clients by facilitating team development and preparing work
plans.
In the field of training, SDP Ltd. focuses on the various dimensions of the project
development, management and evaluation continuum, from the proposal development stage to
the evaluation of project results. Using a hands-on modular learning approach, SDP
Ltd. provides a combination of learning by doing and participatory methodologies,
cases exercises, and how-to materials adapted to participants' needs.
SDP Ltd. basic training program comprises four complementary modules, and will work with clients to develop
in-depth cutomized training sessions on specific components within each of the following
modules:
Module 1.:
Project Identification, Proposal Development and Follow-up.
Module 2.:
Project Implementation and Management.
Module 3.:
Project Monitoring and Evaluation.
Module 4.:
Report Preparation and Dissemination of Results.
